Paul Thomas is co-founder and CEO of The Thomas Group Ltd. He has more than 30 years of business experience in the medical electronics, telecommunications and consumer electronics industries. Paul played an integral role as a founder and executive vice president in helping build a small, local service firm, R Squared Scan Systems, into the nation's largest multi-vendor service provider for high-technology medical imaging equipment.

Paul has a proven track record in senior-level executive business management. His hands-on experience includes operations management, sales and marketing, service, business development, and mergers and acquisitions. This experience has been instrumental in his being successful in helping entrepreneurial and publicly-held companies create value during challenging economic times. Paul also has extensive international experience, having done a considerable amount of work in Asia and Europe.

Along with his practical experience, Paul has a strong academic background. He received both his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (BSBA) and MBA from the University of Redlands in Southern California and he received his Doctorate of Public Administration from the University of La Verne. Paul’s dissertation for his doctorate focused on issues of motivational achievement and affiliation needs in the workplace.
